Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Nimvolt website at nimvolt.com and, together with any signed customer agreement, the Nimvolt application at app.nimvolt.com. By using the site or the service you agree to these terms. If your organization has a signed agreement with Nimvolt, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

The service

Nimvolt provides a platform for scheduling electrical testing work, capturing test results, reviewing them, and producing compliance reports. We may improve or modify the service over time; we will not materially reduce its core functionality during a paid subscription term.

Accounts

Application accounts are provisioned for customer organizations. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

Customer data

Data entered into the service by a customer organization, including asset records and test results, remains the property of that organization. We process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its data.
• Do not use the service to store unlawful content or to violate the rights of others.
• Do not resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

Professional responsibility

Nimvolt is a system of record and reporting tool. It does not replace the judgment of qualified personnel. Responsibility for the performance of electrical testing and maintenance, for the accuracy of entered data, and for compliance with applicable standards and regulations remains with the customer and its qualified personnel.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimvolt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability terms for the application are set out in the applicable customer agreement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Customers may export their data as provided in their agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
