How to use it

  1. Open the schedule (day/week/month).
  2. Create or drag a job onto the calendar.
  3. Assign technicians; heed double-booking warnings.
  4. Publish so Field users see the assignment.

Tips

  • Load assets and forms the day before so vans leave prepared.
  • Recurring maintenance: set the series once, adjust exceptions.
